STANDARD DOMESTIC CLEAN

KITCHEN - sanitise all surfaces, vacuum or mop floor, empty / change bin bags, clean all skirtings.

BATHROOMS - clean shower and bath, sanitise toilet, clean and polish mirrors,mop floor, empty/change bin bags.

HALLWAY AND STAIRCASE- dust reachable surfaces, wipe skirting boards , wipe banisters, hoover and mop floor.

LIVING ROOM- dust and polish all reachable surfaces, wipe all furniture, empty and change bin bag, hoover and mop floor, clean skirtings

BEDROOMS- dust reachable surfaces, polish mirrors, change bedding, empty and change bin bag , hoover and mop floor, wipe all skirtings.

CLEANING DETERGENTS AND HOOVER NOT INCLUDED ( CLIENTS OWN TO BE USED ) UNLESS REQUESTED OTHERWISE. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITONAL CHARGE FOR SUPPLYING CLEANING PRODUCTS
DEEP CLEAN / END OF TENANCY CLEAN AVAILABLE
AS PER STD DOMESTIC CLEAN PLUS ITEMS LISTED BELOW.

Cleaning of counter tops, sinks.

Inside cupboards and fridge if these are already emptied by the client.

Appliances, the cleaning of ovens is additional cost.

Emptying of dish washers, washing up and bed stripping is not part of our normal service.
We are happy to provide all these services but this will reduce the time permitted to carry
out the normal clean and will add additional time which be chargeable at our normal rate.

Each clean can vary in time scale to be completed, if you wish to have a specific cleaning time quoted please state this. Jobs unable to be completed in the allocated time will be listed to avoid any confusion.

The quality of your clean to all sanitary fixtures and fittings will always be dependent on the age and current condition. We will endeavour to get you fittings as clean as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect finish. Before and after photos will be taken to provide clarity where this is the case.

Payment is to be made upon completion on the day of the clean or on the next calender day.

Complaints are to be made within 24hours of your clean. We will endeavor to correct any isses within 48 hours subject to access being available to the property.

Notification of any cancelation is to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your clean otherwise you will still be charged.
